Where and how do you spend your time, energy, and money? When you are really honest with yourself, how well aligned are the priorities you are actually living today with the ones you aspire to inhabit?
03 — Can you be with “what is”?
Whatever is going on in your life, being masterful at the practice of understanding and accepting your inner emotional world and tuning in to find the wisdom available in your current reality are essential first steps to creating lasting change.
04 — How do you relate to yourself?
How do you treat you? We demonstrate to others how to treat us by modeling for them how we treat ourselves. What do your thoughts, feelings & behaviors say about how much love and respect you get from the most important person in your world?
